Charlie Goodman joined Wonderware West in September of 2008. In his role as a Technical Support Consultant, Charlie's goals are to provide customers with excellent customer service, resolve issues at the first level, and to help meet business needs in a timely and efficient manner.

Prior to his employment with Wonderware West, Charlie spent 3 years in Network Operations and Desktop Support for a Regional Bank utilizing the Information Technology training and experience provided to him by the US Navy; received an Honorable Discharge in October 2005 after a tour of service in Sasebo, Japan.
